Dinner Date

When my other half and I arranged to go for dinner with my best friend and her husband, I thought (as I always do when we eat out), ‘aha! Dress up time!’ I debated on wearing my fringed 1920s-esque shift, but decided it was a little too dressy for Wednesday night white wine spritzers and steak. Instead I opted for my ultimate bargain zip skirt which I LOVE, and only cost me a teeny tiny £5. I dressed it up with stirrup leggings and shoe-boots, and then dressed it down again with an ‘I heart NY’ t-shirt from eBay. Upmarket casual at it’s best.

I also managed to coax the photographer round to the other side of the lens for once…
